The staff are excellent, warm, and friendly, always attentive to guests for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is billed as a “buffet” but in practice it isn’t; you are served only one portion of the main dish, with no option to repeat any item or to get coffee or chocolate. They offer a small plate of one or two types of fruit, but never juice, and there is no sweet bread.

Everything was very organized and there were plenty of nearby activities to do. No issues at all, everything went smoothly.

All the facilities were good. The only downside was that it was very far from the city center.

“Llegué con expectativas y salí desilusionada pues nunca me había hospedado en este hotel”

Being inside the San Gil Plaza mall means you have almost everything you might need—drugstore, cafés, homemade and fast food, shops, and a cinema. The room, however, was very cramped, wasn’t cleaned during my two‑day stay, and offered no pleasant view from any side.

“"Muy buena estancia, con oportunidades de mejora"”

I liked the place a lot – it’s very complete, comfortable, safe, clean, and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and the facilities create a welcoming atmosphere that makes the stay very enjoyable; I would definitely recommend it. However, although the room is comfortable and has adequate climate control, its location creates a noise level that makes it hard to rest properly. A possible improvement would be to equip all rooms with air conditioning or, if that’s not possible, with more powerful fans to ensure greater guest comfort.
