Great location, super friendly, everything modern and clean, yet the soundproofing is lacking: in the morning you hear cars from the street through the closed window and also people in the hallway/stairwell.

Excellent location, modern

The hotel sits in a quiet spot, and the bedding is spot‑on. The staff are very friendly, and the nearby cathedral is gorgeous. There are restaurants close by, and just next to the hotel is a lovely tea room with delicious pastries and other treats. We dined at St‑Georges, where the selection and food are good, though the prices are a bit high. It was a shame that the front desk didn’t mention that a 10 % discount was offered at the restaurant for guests staying at the hotel. Einsiedeln turned out to be a beautiful find.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the layout was very well done. The only downside was that there were no water bottles in the room.

The location is excellent, right next to the monastery, and there’s a secure bike room with charging capability. The breakfast was rather simple, but what was offered was very good.
