The staff were incredible, especially Taha who was super nice, honorable, helpful, and ready to assist with any situation, yet the shared bathrooms outside the room were just okay, giving the stay a mixed impression.

The location was good, rooms were clean, and the staff were welcoming. The bathroom was not in the room, and it was hard to communicate with the staff because they only spoke Arabic.

I booked two nights a few weeks apart, and the second room was noticeably better than the first. The place is simple but the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, especially when the Wi‑Fi went down; they jumped right in to fix it, which I appreciated. Both stays were very clean, and I especially liked the terrace. The first room lacked a few amenities—no curtains, for instance—while the second had none of those issues, and there were no other problems.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent; everything was spotless and the Wi‑Fi worked well. The hotel sits on a square with cafés and eateries nearby, and it’s not far from the CTM bus terminal if you’re planning a trip to Mauritania. Thanks, Ahmed, for your help. Everything was great.
