The service attitude was good. It would have been better if there were a fridge and microwave.

A very sweet little place in a really good location. The attached café is also highly recommended.

The location is convenient, with two bus stops a 5‑minute walk away to different areas, and supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. I used a twin room alone, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A power strip was provided at the bedside, so I could charge my phone while lying in bed, and there was another one on the desk, so I never ran out of outlets. There were no USB ports, so you need a charger with a tip. The noise mentioned in other reviews didn’t bother me much; the building faces a road, so some street noise is audible, but it disappears at night because it’s not a downtown area, and the earplugs provided work well. I’m a late sleeper, so it didn’t matter, but someone who wants to sleep by 10 pm might find it a bit noisy. During the day and evening I could hear the lively sounds of the neighboring rooms, but it stopped at night. The bathroom had a dryer, cotton swabs, a nail clipper, and coconut‑scented hand soap that gave a Hawaiian vibe. The wall hooks were handy and came in a bag for convenience. The bath was clean and tidy, with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and a bathtub for filling water—though I wish I had brought a bath additive. The toilet was also clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again when I visit Kyoto. Thanks for the comfortable room.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean, cozy and welcoming, and we immediately felt comfortable. The girls were always smiling, kind and very helpful. There is also a supermarket right next to the property, which was super convenient. The only downside is that the property is a little far from the city centre, so you need to take the bus to get around. However, there is a bus stop very close by and buses run every few minutes, so it’s still quite easy and convenient

Very clean, comfortable, and traditional. The staff is the best. It doesn’t have a kitchen, a washing machine, and the towels are for rent, but otherwise it’s perfect.
