The view from the room was great, but the staff at the counter had communication issues.
“Disappointed”
Very disappointing stay and definitely not recommended. The customer service was very poor. Messages were replied to very late, and sometimes there was no reply at all. The room number was only given to us at the last minute. We also had a problem with the water heater. We waited for a few hours before someone came to fix it, but the problem still could not be solved. We were then told to use the master bedroom bathroom, but I had already informed customer service that it could not be used either. After that, there was no reply or follow-up at all. The lift waiting time was extremely long, and the parking provided was very far from the lift, which was very inconvenient. The cleanliness of the unit was also below expectation. There are many things that need to be improved, especially the customer service, response time, cleanliness and maintenance. When guests are facing a problem during their stay, simply not replying is unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend staying here

The location is excellent, the house is clean and nice, and the host is very helpful, but you’ll need a lot of patience waiting to get into the lift.
