The place is centrally located, very clean, and Francesco was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; I would recommend it wholeheartedly and had a great stay in Napoli with no complaints.

The location in the old city centre is great and the staff are very friendly, but it can get loud at night and early in the morning.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, especially if you’re only there a few days, but finding the entrance was a bit difficult at first and a picture would help to see where the door is.

The room was clean and the personnel were pleasant, but the elevator was literally a horror, dark, dirty, and without lighting (apparently the building owner doesn’t pay for electricity); we were reluctant to enter. At night the street noise (construction, cleaning trucks) was unbearable, the windows didn’t block any street noise, and it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The view from the apartment in the building was also horrible. The shower area had only a ceiling shower, which wasn’t visible in the photos; if I had known that, I wouldn’t have booked the room.
