“Do not stay here”
The front‑door code that was sent to me was wrong, the property has no visible signs outside, and the front‑door handle was missing. The owner didn’t check my passport on arrival, so anyone could be staying in the hostel. The public room was dark and not very clean, and there is only one shower for the entire hostel. I booked a bed in a female dorm but never received a key (probably because the room can’t be locked) and there are no lockers. Other reviews mention that men also enter the room. The room itself was not very clean, everything looked very old, and there were kitchen remnants in the room plus a pile of bedsheets that seemed to be scheduled for ironing. It felt like some staff might also be staying in the room. I decided to leave because it didn’t feel safe, so when I asked for a one‑night reimbursement as per booking conditions the owner refused. Don’t stay here; the place seems to be run illegally and the overall experience is not very pleasant. The owner even called me a provocateur in the booking chat when I requested cancellation and reimbursement.
