Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
Everything was spotless and contemporary, the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were incredible; we enjoyed the on‑site restaurant and bar, and all the amenities were conveniently close. We stayed for 16 days, our second visit, and I loved everything!

We were very pleased and satisfied, and there was nothing to complain about.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly; the floor and the table were left dirty.

What I love about L’ Asunción Hotel is its location in the heart of Baybay—everything from the mall to the market and the famous boulevard is within reach. The property stays clean, and most staff are accommodating, friendly, and kindhearted. I must give a big shout‑out to Mr. Lester, who found my GUCCI BAG in the lobby after I left it there three hours earlier and returned it to me; his dedication and trustworthiness are clear. What we didn’t like was the clogged bathroom sink and the single mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast had limited options (no pancakes).

The room was clean, but there was no mirror inside.
