The hotel sits in a great spot with a real old‑world vibe, and the staff are warm. The on‑site café and restaurant serve decent coffee, and if you ask, they’ll give you off‑street parking. The price feels steep for a room that only shares a bathroom and a tearoom, and that tearoom could use a spring clean—there were no regular black tea bags, just herbal ones.

The original 1938 building is absolutely gorgeous, filled with incredible motorcycle memorabilia and metal art both inside and around the hotel. Toni, the hotel manager, was excellent—very accommodating and a pleasure to chat with. I was stunned by how beautiful the place really is.
