Breakfast is tasty and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro. However, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, likely cigarette smoke, and we could see other guests smoking, yet the staff did nothing.

Many details are handled well, and the staff are truly welcoming. The internet is poor, the floor has half‑upstairs/half‑downstairs sections that can’t use the lift, so heavy luggage can be problematic.

The food was natural and pretty good, mostly Chinese cuisine but the coffee was excellent. I recommend it. The breakfast omelette was generally good. Unfortunately the staff didn’t speak English, which was a big problem; they should know English. This is a five‑star hotel.

I liked the business‑class vibe and the comfort. The internet was slow and the staff didn’t speak English well, but the cleaning and kitchen staff were very kind. The reception could use more language and service training.
