The hotel was very nice and a short walk from the ferry; breakfast was excellent, the room was modern with great views, and it was close to the free bus to Kings Park and many other spots, with no complaints.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny, we paid for a big view that turned out to be only average, and the air‑con never cooled properly.
Breakfast was chaotic and logging into Wi‑Fi was difficult.

The hotel’s location, the size of the room, and the bathroom were all good, but our view looked over an unappealing roof; we paid a reasonable price for the stay, and it was a bit disappointing to see that roof.
Great location with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The rooftop bar on level 18 had incredible views of the sunset!. More comfortable pillows would be better next time
