A very pleasant and helpful lady at the desk, no Wi‑Fi issues, and a comfortable bed with a reasonably firm mattress and pillows that were neither too soft nor too thin. The office offered coffee all day and free snacks, and there was no noise problem. The desk was a bit small; with the TV on top, I couldn’t open my laptop as far as I’d liked, but that was only a minor inconvenience.

A very nice little place to stay for work, and nothing at all was wrong.

The breakfast was minimalist, but the window AC was loud, and because I could see daylight through it, the room felt a bit damp.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the property itself looked stunning. When I arrived I learned that pets weren’t allowed, even though my reservation was non‑refundable; the owner still coordinated with Booking to refund me and even supplied names of nearby pet‑friendly hotels. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in town. Everything else was perfect!
