The staff literally moved heaven and earth for you! They noticed the internet issue immediately, rebooted the router, and it worked again. They checked in with you every time to make sure everything was fine and answered all your questions. A greeting and a smile each day gave the place a genuinely positive vibe. Breakfast was included, but be aware you have no choice – it’s always the same Nasi. It’s fine if you’re okay with that (the Nasi is good!). Facilities were handled correctly. There was a slight musty smell when you entered the room, but it vanished once the air‑conditioner started. The hot water and water pressure were great, everything else was clean. A small shop inside the hotel makes it easy to grab soap, drinks, and snacks. However, there was no shower soap or toilet paper in the room. The shower heads were dirty and needed a thorough cleaning or replacement – that was pretty gross and unhygienic. The rest of the bathroom was clean.

The bed was comfortable, but otherwise nothing was good! The room was dirty, the bathroom was worse, the sheets were stained, and the room smelled damp and stuffy – no windows, so that’s expected. The AC set at 28 °C blew icy air and was noisy. Breakfast took 25 minutes to serve, there were no drinks, nobody asked what we wanted, and the only option was Nasi Goreng – that’s all.

Everything was bad. The hospitality was terrible and the blanket was so dirty, oily and filthy that I don’t recommend anyone stay there.

The sheets and towels were like a doormat. The bathroom was awful.
