The B&B run by Deanna and Alex is a real gem – the house feels airy and the guest rooms are surprisingly roomy, with little dens that are perfect for just hanging out. Deanna is always popping by to make sure you have what you need, and the breakfasts are seriously amazing. I left feeling like I’d made new friends and can’t wait to go back.

I was a bit put off when I noticed a handful of ants crawling around the front entrance area; it wasn’t a huge problem but definitely took away from the first‑impression. Otherwise the place was fine, but the little pest issue was hard to ignore.

Got a nice, quiet room that was spotless, and the breakfast was tasty enough to start the day right. It’s only a short stroll to the historic downtown, which made exploring easy. All in all, a solid spot for a low‑key stay.
