The location was fantastic, the hotel beautiful, and the staff friendly, but breakfast moved at a slow pace.

The hotel was amazing, offering a very special stay; the 4‑day duration felt too short, yet the 5‑star room service and exceptionally professional, friendly staff made every moment worthwhile, and the food throughout the hotel was amazing, catering to everyone.

The staff were amazing and the artwork stunning, but the charge for the hot tubs felt expensive.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent and plentiful. The hotel looked a little tired and the room was a bit tatty – the wooden floor was marked, the net curtains were torn in two places, the plastic waste bin was split. The room was clean and well equipped, but only terrestrial TV channels were available, which isn’t what you expect at these prices. The activities were good, but we wanted to swim on the day of departure and the pool didn’t open until 10am. That was frustrating because the pool cover was off and there was a receptionist in the spa. Since the pool was never attended by a lifeguard, we couldn’t understand why we were abruptly told it was closed.
