The staff were exceptional, truly very kind, welcoming and professional. We arrived early and they received us very well, with a lot of goodwill. The overall service was perfect, nothing to comment on that side. We ran into a booking issue: after reserving, I called the hotel to ask if I could arrive earlier, and they told me they had forgotten to close availability on Booking and there was actually no room left. I wouldn’t have known without my call. Additionally, we had to change rooms every two days. The last room was very clean and comfortable, but the second one felt very closed‑in, which made me uncomfortable (a sense of confined space). I had trouble sleeping, especially because there was a mold smell. Also, the doors didn’t lock, which stressed me when I left the room, even though staff assured me everything was monitored.
