“Very nice people and accommodative”
I spent a single night here before heading out on a hike, and the place feels pretty fresh. The host, Nuwan, is courteous and helpful, making the stay feel worth the price. The neighboring property has two adorable dogs that might bark, but a friendly chat usually gets them to stop. The sink in the bathroom leaks into the shower area—nothing catastrophic, but it would be nice if they could patch it soon. Also, the climb up to the hotel is quite steep, which can feel a bit tiring if you’re walking.
We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Ella Touch Guest. The staff were friendly, kind, and always ready to assist. The location is ideal—close to Ella town yet tranquil and quiet. It’s a great spot to unwind, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
The room was huge and spotless. It never got hot at night, even with just a fan. The location is awesome, right in the city center but without the noise and bustle. The slope to the entrance makes it a bit tough with luggage, but a tuk‑tuk works fine. Dogs bark at night, so earplugs are a good idea. The room itself is perfect.
