The staff were lovely, and the food was good, though dinner was quite pricey. The rooms were very tired, with stained carpets and creaky cupboard doors. I had to change rooms twice to get curtains for privacy, and even then they were ripped in places. Some spa alarms and the steam room were broken, and the lift call button was not working. It felt too expensive for what I considered a 4‑star hotel, so I would not return.
