The room was very nice, clean, and modern, with a functional layout and a small fridge for a short stay. Breakfast was included in the price, and the Wi‑Fi was good. The reception team was friendly and communicative. The location was convenient, with easy access from the main road, free and secure parking right in front of the hotel, and a nice terrace in front of the room with chairs and a table to sit and enjoy the view. A good viewing point on the balloons starting their voyage is located right at the top of the hotel complex. The price‑to‑quality ratio is good, and I would stay there again in the future.

“good place”

The location was good, with food and sightseeing close by, and the hotel arranged all the activities, transfers, etc. I stayed two nights, but there was no room cleaning, it wasn’t suitable for disabled people, and the facilities were outdated.

The property sits high above the village, giving an outstanding view of the nearby castle, Love Valley, and the balloons. There are plenty of terraces, so you don’t feel crowded. Because it’s so high, the road is steep and narrow—an achievement if you’re driving, but a problem if you’re using large transport shuttles that can’t reach it; you have to walk down to meet them and walk back up. The caves are worth the experience, but they come with caveats; if you’re used to more conventional sites, you need to approach them with a sense of adventure.
