The beach spot was convenient and a few staff were courteous, but the room I ended up in was completely different from the photos and much smaller than the Quadruple Room I had booked; the hotel wouldn’t swap it even after I complained and had to send photos as proof, which was very disappointing and I hope future guests get the room they actually reserve.

I really liked the ocean that was very close to the hotel, but the service was bad, the cleaning was poor, the food was awful, and when I asked for information the answers were terrible; there was no internet, the electricity was unreliable, the air conditioning was poor, the toilet didn’t work, and you always had to find someone to fix it.

We found nothing tasty to eat; each day lunch and dinner were the same and the food was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and understaffed, there were constant shortages of plates, cutlery, and glasses, and the tap water was bad—though they claimed it was filtered. Because of the food and water my kids got seriously ill and spent two days in the hospital. The hotel doctor demanded €135 just for a check‑up and then tried to have us sign a confidentiality form, which I refused, so we went to a public hospital instead. When we arrived they said they couldn’t find our reservation and made us wait an hour, then later said they had found it. We were given a room far too small for our family of four with only three beds, the bathroom smelled like sewage and was filthy, the phone didn’t work, the balcony door wouldn’t close properly, and the beds weren’t changed until the next day even after I reported it four times. I can’t understand how this place earned four stars; to me it doesn’t even deserve one. The doctor’s €135 fee and the confidentiality request made us leave before our planned five nights were over.

The beds and child facilities were fine, but the food was not diverse, the chicken smelled bad and was the same every day, we stayed hungry, the breakfast was poor—just fried eggs and some cheeses, and the ice cream had only one color with no flavor.
