The place was very clean and well kept, but there was no beach. The reception staff’s attitude didn’t meet the basic standards expected from a high‑end property.

The staff were generous and even arranged for us to take breakfast on our sea‑day trips; after we complained about an unpleasant odor we were promptly moved to a nice gym‑adjacent room with a lovely welcome, although the hotel is a bit far from the city centre.

A charming little hotel on lovely grounds. The friendly staff went above and beyond during a stressful period. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food excellent. The setting was peaceful, and the shuttle bus was appreciated. Some of the grounds could have used a bit more housekeeping, but nothing major.

The staff were super friendly – perfect for relaxation, very quiet for party people. We’ll gladly return.

The waiters were very kind and helpful. The hotel restaurant was exceptional. The pool and gym were beautiful. After checkout we were allowed to stay in the pool and use the showers/change rooms. Everything was clean. I highly recommend the hotel‑organized tours; they cost the same as online bookings (sometimes even cheaper) and are well organized. The beach in front of the hotel isn’t great.
