The staff were very friendly. The hotel sits on a busy street (including a train line), so street noise is expected, but at least in the room near the parking there is absolutely no sound—even with the window open, it’s very quiet. The mattress was too soft, but that’s a subjective feeling.

The building was clean and new, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were a decent size with plenty of storage. A tram stop outside the hotel takes 5 minutes to the main city, while walking is about 15 minutes. It’s close to an Europcar car rental and has a large car park. The bar is open 24/7. The breakfast and drinks are pricey; €18 per person per morning feels a bit much, especially when a decent breakfast for two in town costs roughly half that. Also, a bottle of water costs €8 at the hotel, though there’s a kiosk across the road and a “Penny” store within a 5‑minute walk.
