Breakfast was very complete and the room was comfortable. Check‑in was very complicated with a deposit of 8 million dong, completely unusual; we have never seen that in any other hotel.

I had a disappointing stay at Four Points, far below the standard of a 5‑star hotel. When we arrived, my friend had to carry two suitcases up the stairs to the lobby, and only after we reached the lobby did a security guard come to help pull the luggage. That first stair section was the toughest part; once on the flat lobby floor, it was much easier. The check‑in process felt unprofessional: the front‑desk staff seemed flustered, often looking to the manager for confirmation, stammering, and appearing unfamiliar with the hotel’s policies. At check‑out, a staff member greeted me with a casual “Cảm ơn nhiều nha,” which felt too informal for a 5‑star experience. The room left me disappointed: it smelled damp, the bed sheet felt rough instead of soft and smooth, and the bathroom was especially poor. The shower glass had heavy lime deposits that were hard to see when dry but became obvious when steam rose, giving the bathroom an old, unclean look that made me feel the hotel was far below my expectations. The toilet also lacked a spray nozzle, which was inconvenient and reduced comfort. I definitely won’t return.
