The hotel was great, very clean and comfortable, and I would recommend it.

Everything was excellent—cleanliness, comfort, and service—but the biggest issue was that everyone spoke Chinese and no one knew English 🇨🇳😩🇩🇰.

Had to cancel, but the team was super helpful and waived the fee—nice. The only downside was the room had no real windows, just a small glass pane. Overall, friendly service but a bit of a letdown on the view.
