The room was huge, spotlessly clean and super comfy, and the spot was perfect—just 100 m from the beach. The staff were sweet and welcoming, the laundry service was handy, and the rooftop pool was nice.

The spot is ideal, just a couple of steps from the beach, and biking to the most popular places is a breeze. There are plenty of spots nearby, from European restaurants and cafés to local foboshkas, but remember this is the resort street, so the noise is constant. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they let us extend our stay for the same price. The room has everything we need, is clean, and the housekeeping comes daily with fresh towels. The view from the window is of the neighboring house, but thanks to the panoramic windows the view is decent. Parking for bikes is on the ground floor, and the gates are locked at night. Laundry services are available and the clothes smell great after washing. The rooftop pool has lounge chairs, and we swam once in the evening, enjoying a good view of the city at night. The price was very low. The air conditioning in the room barely worked, barely enough at all. At night it was still okay, but during the day it was almost useless. The street noise is typical for the area, especially the scooters from Banh Bao that like to stop at the corner near the hotel and spin around for hours. For my wife the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, but I was fine.

The room fittings are premium, the room was exceptionally clean, and the location is top‑tier. I liked that the bed had a small window right next to it, and the motorcycle parking is secure. I wish there had been a fridge.
