“not really fully open for business”
It in the middle of no place, with no places to eat near by, in 2 years time it might be ok but now not a good place to stay. no food, Chinese breakfast was ok but no western options, even the connected Marriot was not really functioning . not enough people around to justify the buffet, so it wasn't operating. I changed hotels. Really poor right now, but will get better in the future I'm sure. It was clean and staff were nice, but no English.
