After a month and a half of traveling in Mexico, I finally rested in this amazing apartment hotel—a very quiet place. I stayed in the two‑bedroom suite 6, the Sun suite, on the second floor. It was modern and spotless. The owner, Sabina, was a very pleasant person, and we had interesting talks. It’s close to the city center, supermarkets, and restaurants. I can’t recommend it highly enough—5 out of 5!

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a spacious living room and very pleasant bedrooms and bathrooms. They even included a bathrobe, beach towels, and toiletries. Sabine was attentive, friendly, smiling, always offering good advice and ready to help and inform you; she was perfect. Everything was great 👍

This place is a gem in a fantastic location. The building and rooms are super secure, which is a big plus. The apartments are basically mini-homes with a bedroom, separate bathroom, and a large kitchen/living area that's fully equipped. Plus, the rooftop space is perfect for unwinding. The staff, led by Sabine, are incredibly friendly and helpful – they really make you feel at home. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We've stayed at a lot of places in Tulum, but this one's our absolute favorite. The two-bedroom apartment is huge and spotless, and it's got everything you need. The staff, especially Sabine and her team, are super attentive and kind. The location is also perfect – you can walk to tons of restaurants and shops, and it's only a 15-minute drive to the beach. We're obsessed with this place and the staff – we'll definitely be back!
