We stayed in two rooms that were perfectly fine, the bathrooms were adequate, and parking in the courtyard was hassle‑free; we had to leave early, but the 6 am breakfast suited us well, and we also enjoyed the pool, which was good.

I don't like anything in this hotel A big Dissappointment!. When arrive at the hotel,there was no bell boy or concierge staffs! We have to request for staff to assist our 8 luggages! The room is not soundproof and is noisy with people talking on the next room! Lighting in the room was very dim! In the closet there is no light! Bfast got not much choice and the coffee cups has stains! How this hotel can be 4 stars!

The room felt fresh, modern, and had a tourist vibe with good water temperature, air conditioning, and food choices. However, the water quality was unclear, the restaurant toaster was too small for the number of guests, the smoking area was dirty, and the karaoke noise was disruptive. There was no bellboy, so the receptionist had to carry luggage. Nobody seemed to know who ran the hotel or the restaurant, and no one guided us to the breakfast table. A bottle of HP Sauce had an expiry date of 2021, which was apparently for display but I almost used it on my eggs—this could have been dangerous. The food and beverage staff should be more attentive during busy periods.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was tasty, but the Wi‑Fi was slow and the swimming pool was dirty.
