The lift isn’t working, the bathroom wasn’t clean, there were bed bugs, and it was completely different from the pictures.

We checked in and were told our room was 212, but the key actually opened 211; we thought it was 212 because of how it looked. After eating fish fry we brought it back to the room and slept a bit. During the night lights blinked and strange noises, like girls laughing, made us feel uneasy. At 2:49 AM we woke to find the fish fry scattered and partially eaten, even though no doors or windows had opened. The whole ordeal felt extremely disturbing and unsafe, so we left the hotel around 2:40–3:00 AM. Horrible experience.

Nothing was clean at all—kettle, water heater, bathroom, room, chair, and cupboard were all filthy. Service was also poor.

I have stayed here many times; the cleaning and maintenance remain poor.
