The location was great, yet inside the room it was clean, but around the paths and stairs there was rubbish and debris.

“Stayed before and it was good. Won’t be back again cleaning has definitely declined since our last”

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible and all needed replacing; there were no spare pillows or blankets. The property was very dirty, with signs that permanent residents might be in some rooms downstairs—litter, cigarette butts, and toilet roll paper in the car park. The rooms were very tired, needing paint and a refresh; cleaning was poor, with rubbish under the bed and the spare bed looking as if the linen hadn’t been changed. The room didn’t smell clean and surfaces weren’t wiped.

“I've stay here before and had no issues but this stay was disappointing.”

The bedding on the single bed was marked and visibly dirty when I arrived. Luckily I was staying by myself and didn’t need to use the bed, but the marks were very obvious and would have been noticeable to the cleaners when the bedding was put on the bed. There was also a significant amount of mould in the bathroom, especially on the blinds behind the toilet.
