Check‑in was smooth, staff were friendly, and they promptly moved me to a 5th‑floor room instead of the first floor even though the hotel was fully booked. The room was clean, the interior modern, and the continental breakfast was decent. The freeway noise was annoying; management should consider installing double‑pane windows. I booked a 2‑queen room but 508 had two double beds, and one mattress needed replacing because the coil springs were losing firmness. The elevator carpet was worn and stained.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, though I would have liked more vegetables.

“Never again”

The room was clean. I booked two rooms under my name, and the front desk knew one was for my elderly parents (in their 80s) who use a walker. Both rooms were supposed to have mountain views and I paid extra for that. Instead, my parents were placed on the 2nd floor as far from the elevator as possible with no mountain view, only a highway. My room was on the 5th floor. Aside from being clean, there was nothing else to note, and I will never book a Marriott or a hotel affiliated with them.
