“Key West anniversary visit”

The history, the construction & the location. Pool very nice after it cleaned after recent storm. The help, the lack of amenities & access to them. We had do everything thru texting. Cleaning was rude & surly. We also had climb about 20- 30 stairs to get to the 2nd floor. A staff member had to carry our bags up the stairs. Our ages are in the 70's. We had booked the Inn sometime ago & but consideration was not given. Refrigerator on the floor & no microwave. Pricey with nothing to offer. Very sad for such a building & it's surroundings. Balcony nice but broken door

The rooms and staff were awesome, the pool area was great, and the location was perfect for all the activities.

The location was very convenient, but the bed was very small for two people.

“Fantastic”

The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were large and comfortable, yet the room could use a second comfortable chair and a small refrigerator would be nice.

The room we arrived in didn’t match the online appearance, but breakfast was okay for a continental spread.
