We had a fantastic stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with every convenience we could imagine. However, the platform didn’t explain how to get there or where to pick up the keys, so we drove straight to the centre and discovered the parking was actually elsewhere.

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman who opened our room for us. The room was clean, the bathroom very comfortable, and the kitchen huge with a large dining area that could easily accommodate guests from many rooms without feeling cramped. On the plus side, there was a coffee machine, though an instruction sheet would have been useful, and the beautiful salamanders around the house added a nice touch. On the downside, communication was poor – messages weren’t answered, the phone wasn’t picked up, and there was no instruction in the booking confirmation on how to reach the house, so we ended up wet under the door after the rain and only learned that we needed to get a key from a nearby restaurant by knocking on a window. I booked the same day in the morning, received an instant confirmation, yet the staff knew nothing about our arrival. As for the house itself, for a single night it was fine, but considering the new, large property, the quality of the furnishings was disappointing – the towels were rough and washed a long time ago, the bedding was of very poor quality from another era, the kitchen was stocked with a collection of old single glasses and cutlery, there was only one power outlet in the room, and a single old small reading lamp in the three‑person room that couldn’t be plugged in because of the outlet’s placement.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with amenities like a pool, volleyball and basketball courts, and a lovely large gazebo for a bonfire. The mountain and nature views are gorgeous, and the terrace offers a great place to dine. There’s a spacious common lounge and a kitchen available. I recommend it. The only downside was that the room was quite dark and cool, even though I had chosen a room with a mountain view.
