The hotel is super stylish for reasonable money. The air‑conditioner worked fine, the cleanliness was good, and the reception offered coffee, tea, and cupcakes for guests. Upstairs there’s a bar with a beautiful view of the bay, and the vinyl jazz and blues selection had excellent taste.

The girl at the front desk was incredibly helpful! Because it was low season we were the only guests—just me and a friend—and they put us in two separate rooms, which shows how much goodwill they have.

The room was unclean; a pubic hair was left on my pillow, there was gecko poop on the dishes, the bed sheets were filthy, and the staff were rude and unfriendly.
