The spot was great, just a 4‑minute walk to the Bilbao metro station and close to many good restaurants. The staff were friendly and quick to answer questions. The beds were firmer than what we’re used to and the shower was tiny and a bit hard to use.

Everything from the microwave to the fridge was there, only shampoo was missing. There was no bathroom inside the room, only a door showing the outside. The room was huge and the location meant you could walk to everywhere in 20‑25 minutes. We were very satisfied with this price and would definitely stay again.
