The staff were nice, the location was good, and we could use the pool until late night. On the first day when we received our rooms, the card didn’t open the door. We had to return to reception about eight times because it wasn’t working; then a maintenance crew arrived but couldn’t fix it and told us to wait. We stood with our luggage in front of the door for 20‑30 minutes, then had to go back to reception for someone to come or to get a new room. When we finally entered, we saw we hadn’t received what we requested, so we had to complain again, and the door had a 2‑3 cm gap all around. Breakfast was the same every day, mostly Asian dishes; there was no European style.
