“Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo”

It’s a very comfortable place, and for a hotel with two beds per room, it’s much better to have individual rooms. I would increase the amount of bath soap given depending on how many days you stay.

The location was good, the staff were helpful, and the apartment was excellent. They sent me the wrong link to complete the building access application, so I had to go to the 3rd floor to fix it, but the staff there were very helpful.

“a comfortable and secure option for extended stays”

This was a 2‑night extension at the same hotel. The apartment was spotless and well‑organised on arrival, with clean, neatly made beds. The kitchen was fully equipped, and washer/dryer access was very convenient for a longer stay. Security was excellent throughout the building (lobby, elevators, apartment). Neighbours and staff were friendly and helpful, even without a traditional front desk. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was weak, making everyday tasks slower than they should be. The towels in both apartments shed small fibres that stuck to the skin and face after use; it might be worth revisiting how the towels are laundered. When I booked, I noted that cleaning was included, but when I asked, it was for additional money.
