“Maravilhosa”
The location is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent, and the room offers a stunning view of the lake and mountains. I liked everything.

It’s a good place to rest, warm, cozy, and the buffet in the mornings for breakfast is excellent.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Civic Center, and the view of Lake Nahuel and the snow‑capped mountains is beautiful. However, the main issue was the comfort of the accommodation. The room we stayed in was on the same floor as the restaurant, and the noise started around 6 am from both the restaurant staff preparing breakfast and guests heading to the dining area. The bed wasn’t very comfortable either—two joined beds with a noticeable seam and a small size that often left our feet hanging off the bed—and the squeaking noise was loud enough to wake us up.

The view was great. The hotel has an excellent location and view, and my room had access to the garden with a direct view of the lake. However, when we arrived we got stuck on the elevator and it took a while; I kept calling the alarm and even tried to contact the hotel via WhatsApp but received no response. After some time the elevator finally opened on its own, and no one came to help or check if everything was okay. Another issue was the internet—it was terrible, didn’t work, and we weren’t informed about this at check‑in. I had to use my Starlink from my car, which was lucky because I might have been disconnected during my stay. Considering the price I paid, it wasn’t worth it; I even tried to get a discount but got no reply.
