Very nice rooms, amazing rooftop pools. The staff was extremely friendly! Recommendation for everyone traveling with children. All was great

The rooms were huge, even offering a play area for kids, which was great. The downside was the location and the neighborhood, plus the windows in the family room couldn’t be closed, which felt unsafe.

The hotel’s style was a plus, but the tablet that controls everything in the room was broken, so I couldn’t turn on the AC, open or close the curtains, or even call reception. I had to walk down to the front desk for help, but no one was there. There’s a restaurant, yet no evening service or room service. The rooftop pool was inaccessible, and the indoor pool was closed when it should have been open. The hotel is very far from the city center, and the staff barely understood English. In the corridors the wallpaper was peeling, and I saw uncleaned limescale on the shower wall and poop in the toilet’s back. I voiced all my complaints, but no partial refund or goodwill gesture was offered.
