The suite is climate‑controlled with air conditioning. It features a queen‑size bed that accommodates two guests. A private bathroom is provided for the occupants. Entertainment includes a flat‑screen television with cable channels.
The staff was exceptional. Most notably the overnight clerk i believe her name was Tiffany. My mother passed away during our stay and she took the time to talk to me at length during a very difficult time. When I book a room there are 3 things that I absolutely require. 1 a pool. Preferably indoor. 2 a hot tub. 3 Fitness center. While this location did have a pool, the hot tub and fitness center were both out of service/under construction. Had this been noted on the website/booking info I would absolutely have booked eksewhere
“Theyd have to pay me to stay again”
The staff were never rude. My room was never cleaned, the prices weren’t disclosed, the rates changed, and my card was overcharged with no explanation or warning.
I was initially drawn to the hotel's space, but my stay was marred by a disappointing experience when I never received my $20 deposit back. Despite the hotel's potential, this oversight left a sour taste in my mouth and made me question the hotel's attention to detail.
“Not up to expectations of holiday inn.”
The staff were excellent. Everything else needs updating: the mattresses were worn out, the fridge‑freezer door had no deadbolt and wouldn’t lock, and the dining room chairs were worn with stained upholstery.

The hot tub was out of order, my room was not very clean, and certain breakfast machines were down, which was frustrating. To top it all off, the pool area had broken steps on the ladders, which was a safety concern.
