“Жахливо і не оправдано дорого. Нерекомендую”

The rooms were huge with high ceilings, but the restaurant was awful—tasteless food, terrible breakfasts, and the staff were slapping utensils. We waited 1.5 hours, the hotel was cold, and we booked two rooms for five people, one of them a luxury suite. They only prepared for four and never fixed the issue, and by night we had no energy to sort it out. There was no water in the room, the linens were short and cold, and despite the chill we slept wrapped in clothes.

The facilities were good, yet it was chilly and a bit empty; some areas were still being finished.

“Amazing place, amazing host and very beautiful scenery!”

I had an amazing stay! The host was one of the friendliest and warmest people I’ve met in Greece, the place was beautiful, spotless, and cozy—definitely one of the best spots I’ve booked in Greece. If you visit the region, this is the place to stay.

They claimed I slept in the hotel even though my booking wasn’t cancelled, yet they told me my reservation was cancelled and nothing was actually cancelled on Booking. My Google review says I’ve stayed there multiple times and everything was fine. I asked if I could check in early and get a larger bed, they said no. After that I didn’t write anything, didn’t cancel the booking, but then they told me the reservation was cancelled. I called and asked if I could confirm the booking (even though I hadn’t cancelled anything). They said the room was sold to someone else because I didn’t respond to their message. This was a complete lack of respect and professionalism. I attached screenshots—at 8 pm they sent a message, at 10 pm the screenshot shows my booking still active on Booking, I didn’t cancel anything, no one did. I’ve always stayed only at this hotel, always taking the biggest rooms, but after this I won’t stay there again.
