Breakfast was simple and nice, laid out in a homely way. The swimming pool was unusable because of visible algae and turbid water, and there were no TVs, so it was a major disappointment. The tennis court was just an unused patch of grass without a net, so there were no facilities to keep guests engaged. The carpets in the room were old and frayed, although the bed linen and towels were clean and crisp.

The location is great, the architecture is excellent, and the staff are very willing and cooperative. The ancient building, however, has its own structural limitations.

This place has got it all going on. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of the action, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people I've ever met, always willing to lend a helping hand or offer a smile. The owners are humble and down-to-earth, which really adds to the charm of the place. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small, but to be honest, I didn't spend that much time in there anyway.

The hotel's location is a real highlight – it's right in the heart of the action, and the stunning Juna Mahal is just a short walk away. You absolutely have to visit it while you're in the area. The staff here are top-notch, always smiling and willing to lend a hand. The owners are also super nice, genuinely humble people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the food was top-notch, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar and conference area were fantastic. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with colleagues. However, the beds and mattresses were a bit of a letdown - they looked nice, but were old and in need of an upgrade. The frames were a bit short, which made it feel a bit cramped.
