“Super relaxed vibe within a beautiful tropical garden”

Wonderful wooden hut (comfortable with A/C and private bathroom) set within a tropical garden just steps away from the sea and within easy walking distance of Playa Isla Grande, a couple of basic stores, the lighthouse and plenty of bars/eateries. Super relaxed with lovely communal areas and a really fantastic hostess 👌 - so lovely and helpful. She also offers a laundry service 👍. The hostel has a great sister restaurant called “Otis” which serves great food and gives a discount to guests of the hostel. It opens at 8am and serves a delicious breakfast. I loved Macondo and would definitely stay there again. Nothing

“Amables las personas”

The lady was very kind. The place doesn’t have a hot shower bath, and the shower in the rooms is out of service. The bed is comfortable, but the mosquito net makes it hard to sleep, and it’s a bit far from the beach.

The location is excellent, the common areas are clean and accessible. Nothing to note.
