The mattress was only 20 cm from the floor instead of a proper bed, and the room felt truly unwelcoming. The air conditioning unit was a simple fan, not the advertised climate control, so I couldn’t use it at night because the exhaust pipe had to go out the window that faced a noisy street. The common areas were filthy – walls covered in black stains and a sofa completely soiled, making it disgusting to sit on. This place, marketed as new, was probably hastily fitted out just to make a quick profit.

It felt like having your own summer holiday home in Florence, a place you keep returning to. Everything was well curated and beautifully maintained, with all the handicrafts and coffee‑table books. The facilities were just perfect, giving a very homely vibe! The kitchen was well equipped, and you could relax with a coffee on the balcony while soaking up the Florentine sun. Overall, we had a great time and a great stay! The owner was extra helpful with our luggage, keeping it for us after check‑out since our train was later that evening – very considerate and helpful. Honestly, no complaints!
Great location, just a 5‑minute walk from the tram. Highly recommend.

The document submission wasn’t intuitive; you had to exit the app to complete check‑in, and the tourist tax had to be paid via bank transfer. The provided linens weren’t sanitized as required by regulation, smelling bad during use. The host explicitly asked for a 10‑star review in exchange for a €30 voucher; reviews should be earned, not monetised, and this behaviour clearly violates transparency and conduct rules.
