The service at the Walliserkanne restaurant was excellent, but the front desk staff had limited German skills. Breakfast was fine, yet there was no refill, the lounge was missing for socializing and playing, and rooms were sometimes not clean. Coffee and drinks weren’t available.

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was right next to the kitchen, bathroom, and restaurant.
