Everything was wonderful; the toilet cover was broken but the reception fixed it immediately, the manager was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The dinner, however, is not recommended.

Omer, the representative, was very nice and welcoming, and the whole team was pleasant. The sliding door between the dining room and the corridor needs urgent improvement; on Wednesday morning at 7/10 I left with a coffee in hand and the door hit my shoulder because it’s old and faulty and didn’t open in time. I’ve been in the hotel for a week with shoulder pain, aches, and painkillers. Also, the bathroom and shower had a constant sewage smell that was unbearable.

“No me gustó calidad precio”

I liked the location, but the noise was a problem, especially the loud chatter from the cleaning staff. Breakfast was decent, yet there was no cleaning personnel and I had to eat at a table covered in leftover food. The front desk guy was a bit unfriendly.

The place is wonderfully situated, with very convenient two‑room family blocks and excellent acoustic comfort. The air‑conditioning system is superb and the staff are very welcoming. The rooms, however, need at least cosmetic repairs.
