At first the communication was good and they handled my initial complaint quickly, but after that they stopped replying at all, which was disappointing. The slatted frame was extremely wobbly; I ended up sitting on the floor five times. It was patched once but never taken seriously. The slats are so cheap they keep bending and slipping out, even with my 88 kg weight – I’d wake up, stretch, and hear them creak. The hotel sits right next to a busy road, and everything on the property looks old and worn. The furnishings have been redone but feel cheap and not very sturdy.

Near Mukran it was cheap, clean, had parking and free Wi‑Fi, but the mattress was old and very uncomfortable, there was only one pillow, the road noise was constant with every passing car, the bathroom smelled of mold, and the fridge was very noisy.
