I was just a block away from the concert venue. The room was clean, and parking was available, though it was hard to fit in; the staff helped me back in. There was no elevator to the second floor, so as a disabled person using a cane, carrying my stuff up the stairs was incredibly painful. The room lacked a mini fridge, a microwave (less important), and a coffee maker. It does have a room safe if that matters. I was not told there was Wi‑Fi, so I had to use my phone hotspot and drained all my data. There is also a security deposit of $150‑something for a night's stay.
