It was a fantastic spot, close to the city’s sights, and the hosts were warm and helpful. We had parking in the courtyard and were greeted with coffee before checking in. The room was comfortable, clean, and had its own terrace, which suited us perfectly. Elena gave us great restaurant tips and directed us to a nearby station for our train the next day. Breakfast was varied and delicious, served on the sunny terrace—a wonderful start to the day. We’re also very thankful to Elena for helping us out on the day of departure when we ran into a problem with our rental car and she facilitated communication with the rental company.

It’s an excellent place to stay—clean, pretty, the owners are friendly, and the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right near the Tower, and breakfast is a rarity in Europe.

“Struttura famigliare accogliente e comoda per un breve soggiorno”

The property is convenient to reach by car, with on‑site parking for two vehicles or free parking on the street. It’s a 10‑minute walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was great, both sweet and savory. The owners were courteous and accommodating. It’s close to the railway; not many trains run, but with the window open you can hear them, and if the windows are closed the noise is almost completely muted.

“Kindlasti soovitan!”

The place was incredibly charming! The owner greeted us personally when we arrived. Parking was safe in the courtyard. Breakfast was sufficient and the coffee was good! Especially nice was the freshly roasted coffee that came with a local key made by the owner. We definitely appreciate the owner's tips to explore the old town, which turned out to be even cooler than just visiting the Pisa tower! Only positive experience.
