The property is very pretty, the food is tasty with a good vegan/vegetarian selection, and the spa area is nice. One small gripe: it would be great to have a third vending machine that offers vegan milk.

We stayed in the deluxe room, slept superbly, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent and had something for everyone. The tables in the restaurant are set too close together, and we wished there had been a small trash bin at breakfast.

We had a truly enjoyable time at this hotel and felt very comfortable. The wellness area with three pools, the fantastic whirlpool, and the various saunas impressed us, especially the Finnish sauna, the bio sauna, and the steam bath – a great spot to relax. The outdoor pool with cold water was also lovely. The restaurant food was delicious, kudos to the chefs! The staff were always friendly and helpful. We stayed there with our little child and felt very welcome as a family; having a baby cot available when needed was very convenient. The location is beautiful, with many picturesque spots nearby, and Achensee is easily walkable. The parking at the hotel was also very practical. A special thank you to Victoria at reception for her warm assistance. Overall, we felt very comfortable and definitely want to return. We were completely satisfied and had nothing to complain about; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. The room by the lake was lovely, and we had a nice double room with a freestanding bathtub. The wellness area is far too small for a hotel of this size; we never managed to lie down because other guests occupied the beds for hours, even though they were never visible. The large relaxation room by the outdoor pool had a very unpleasant odor.

Gemütliche Ausstattung Freundliches Personal Sehr leckeres Essen. Wege außerhalb Gebäude zum Wellnessbereich, stelle ich mir bei schlechtem Wetter/Schnee-matsch unangenehm vor
